Fees, Funding and How to Pay
We want you to understand the cost of your services before they begin. We'll explain our prices, any client contribution and payment arrangements in clear language, so you can make an informed choice.
How funding works
Services may be delivered through Australian Government aged-care programs, other funding arrangements or private payment. For many government-funded services, the first step is to contact My Aged Care to register and arrange an assessment.

What you may need to pay
Depending on your services and circumstances, you may be asked to pay a client contribution, co-contribution, private service fee or other agreed charge. We'll discuss applicable charges with you before services begin and provide them in writing in your service agreement and/or fee schedule.
Invoices & payment options
We provide clear invoices that show the services delivered, dates of service, applicable fees or client contributions, payments received and any amount outstanding. If you have a question about an invoice or are experiencing difficulty paying, contact us as early as possible — we'll explain the invoice and discuss the available options with you.
Eligibility for government-funded aged care and any client contribution is assessed through the relevant government processes. We can explain our services and fees, but cannot guarantee funding or eligibility.
